Partners may be located anywhere within Ontario. However, we currently only deliver to client addresses in Toronto, York, Peel, some areas of Halton, and York Region.

City of Toronto / Coordinated Access Agencies
If your agency submits referrals through the City of Toronto or the Coordinated Access to Housing & Supports (CAHS) system, you can still apply using the form above. Our team will identify your agency during the review process. For questions about this pathway, email partnerships@furniturebank.org.
